Becky's Bio

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I was born and raised in Northern Virginia. I graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Business. After managing restaurants for two popular groups more commonly known as Great American & Clyde’s I got my real estate license because I enjoy working with people. I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes ever since.

I moved to the beautiful Crystal Coast in the fall of 2001 to be closer to my family. My only regret is not moving here SOONER. Other than spending time with family and friends I love the water – there’s nothing better than watching the sun set from your boat. You too can enjoy the serenity of this peaceful place I’ve come to call HOME.

Shortly after relocating I decided to get licensed in the state of North Carolina. I have been fortunate to work with great people from all different walks of life and experiences – most of whom have become dear friends as well. I would appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your real estate needs.

Whether buying, selling or relocating please allow me to introduce you to the area. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute. I can assure that your best interests will be represented. I look forward to meeting you personally.

Karen's Bio

Karen brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. A native of Alex., VA, Karen worked for NAFCU for 14 years.

During that time she raised two great children that later went to college and moved on with their careers. One day Karen had a brain storm to change career paths. Because of her great ability to work with people she decided to become a part of the Real Estate Industry. In 1994 she joined the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and became a Realtor. During Karen's first year as a Real Estate Professional she earned the title "Rookie of the Year". The next year she continued to be successful and became a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club and from there she went on to be a member of the Northern VA Association of Realtors Top Producers Club. In order to receive the recognition to be a Top Producer you have to sell over five million dollars worth of real estate. No grass grew under her feet!

Karen consistently outshined her competitors by providing great customer service and knew what it took to make it to the top. She says, "You need to listen and communicate with the Sellers and Buyers you are working with" it is just that simple.
